  1. Hi Debashri , I hope you´re well. I was checking for info about Sketchwow, if it was legit or not. I just purchased it and while doing the installation, the agreement appeared and said No warranties for viruses or other harmful things, but this disclaimer appeared after the purchase; no one warns you before.

This is part of the textual agreement:
    “Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.the Company its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.”

That really worried me and asked for a refund. I didn´t sign the agreement and uninstalled it.
I didn´t have the chance to even try to use it.

What are your thoughts about this? Is it normal for this kind of disclaimer and no warranty of safeness while installing their product?

I´m not an expert, just a simple user and explorer and I felt a bit scammed when reading this. I was excited to use it.

    Thanks!

    1. Hey Val, thanks for bringing up your concerns. I think that’s a pretty standard disclaimer that a SaaS product will include in its terms of service. I’ve used SketchWow for for almost 2 years now and there are no issues at all. No viruses, no discontinuation, no errors. The team is pretty on-key actually. They’ve made regular updates and are excited to share their news and updates. I hope this helps you in making your decision. Cheers.
      Deb
